Celebrating 75 Years of Innovation

Like many other distinguished businesses, Fulton’s story began in a humble garage. In 1947, Lewis Palm was managing a small local dry cleaner when the steam boiler failed. This challenge presented an opportunity for innovation, as he had the idea to vertically orient the boiler, creating a smaller footprint and incorporating design improvements to enhance reliability. From his garage in Fulton, New York, Lewis invented the revolutionary Vertical Tubeless Boiler, which led to the establishment of Fulton Boiler Works in 1949.

A Heritage of Heat Transfer

Fulton’s journey continued under the leadership of Lewis’s descendants. Ronald Palm expanded Fulton’s product offerings with thermal fluid heaters capable of reaching high temperatures at low operating pressures. This diversification opened doors to global markets, solidifying Fulton’s presence on an international scale.

Bram Palm, inheriting this legacy of innovation, introduced a line of high efficiency condensing hydronic boilers, further establishing Fulton as a prominent name in commercial heating applications worldwide.

Sustainability Through Innovation

Today, the Fulton torch burns brighter than ever under the leadership of Bram Palm and his daughter, Allison Brown. As the world gravitates towards sustainable solutions, Fulton is at the forefront, pioneering the integration of technological advancement with environmental stewardship.

The focus remains clear: to design and deliver heating solutions that not only meet the demands of today but also address the sustainability imperatives of tomorrow.
